Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Colie (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website (colie.ai) and hosted dashboard (app.colie.ai), including the invite-only staging beta.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Invite request information — name, work email, company, company size, role, requested workflow, and the time and page from which you submitted the request.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interactions within our services.
  • Analytics data — browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, ad click identifiers (Google gclid/gbraid/wbraid, Meta fbclid, TikTok ttclid, OpenAI oppref), UTM parameters, and related campaign parameters when present.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics on both our marketing website (colie.ai) and hosted dashboard (app.colie.ai). This includes page views, feature usage, and interaction patterns. PostHog may set cookies to track sessions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

We also use TinyStats for website measurement and the Google tag for Google Ads attribution. A confirmed invite request or confirmed demo booking may send a conversion event with a stable internal lead ID; CTA clicks remain diagnostic events and are not treated as completed submissions or bookings. No form payload is sent in those conversion events.

We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. These may send page views, button clicks, and confirmed conversion events (identified by a stable internal ID, never form contents) to Meta, which may associate them with your Facebook or Instagram account. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad settings.

We also use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel and OpenAI's Conversions API to measure the results of our advertising in ChatGPT. The pixel stores OpenAI's click identifier (oppref) in a first-party cookie; a confirmed demo booking sends one conversion event identified by a stable internal ID (plus a hashed email for matching, never form contents) to OpenAI. You can control ad personalization in your ChatGPT settings.

No form submission is required to browse colie.ai. Analytics data is hosted in the United States.

Invite Requests and Demo Bookings

Invite requests and demo bookings are stored in our CRM (Attio) before the website shows a success message. We use the record to review beta fit, prevent duplicate submissions, contact you about next steps, and keep the campaign attribution supplied with your request. Resend may be used to notify our team and deliver email replies.

Demo links open zcal. A demo is recorded as booked only after a signed zcal webhook confirms the booking. zcal may process the contact and scheduling information you provide on its booking page.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our services.
  • Improve the product experience.
  • Send important updates about the service.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Review invite requests and prevent duplicate conversion records.
  • Measure advertising results and reconcile confirmed leads.

Hosted Dashboard

When you use the hosted dashboard at app.colie.ai, conversation traces you upload are stored on Colie infrastructure for the purpose of analysis, skill extraction, and prompt generation. You can delete your data at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our services, including hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, email delivery, scheduling, CRM, and payment processing. These providers are bound by their agreements and applicable law to protect your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data.
  • Opt out of analytics tracking.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
